Target group

New employees in finance departments, and here above all new financial managers, assistants to the financial management, controllers and/or new employees in the finance area who report monthly and/or annual financial statements to the Group Controlling Department.

Objective

Fit for Finance conveys all the know-how that is required for reporting in the Würth Group. You will learn how to use the Group reporting system Würth Phoenix CIS and will be taught the regulations of the Würth Group’s reporting system. You will furthermore be given an overview of the different Group departments as well as the opportunity to extend your network.

Content of the training

The seminar comprises intensive training on monthly reporting, sales reporting and monthly financial statements as well as the semi-annual and annual financial statements according to IFRS in Würth Phoenix CIS. In this context, individual elements will be explained and consolidated in detail. You will also receive training in the following core topics:

• Structure and contents of the target-setting and planning process
• Reporting of capital expenditure
• Würth Information System (WIS)

In addition, an overview will be given of the following Group topics and departments:

• Sales reporting
• PAP Group guidelines
• Group-wide customer management
• Würth Finance
• Group Insurance Department
• Group Tax Department

The participants are given digital learning content in advance.
