Würth Business Academy

Würth Business Academy focuses on management development and talent management. It ensures holistic management training and the systematic development of up-and-coming talent. The aim is for management positions to be filled primarily from the company’s own ranks. Accordingly, Würth Business Academy supports this process by offering suitable training programs for different stages in an employee’s development. Würth Business Academy supports the Würth Group’s top management bodies in their succession planning.

Akademie Würth

Akademie Würth offers an extensive personal and professional development program for employees of the Würth Group, as well as for customers and interested parties outside the Würth Group. Akademie Würth’s offering includes a variety of training courses and presentation methods, as well as training for special expertise, personal development and further training for executives. The holistic concept is rounded off by consultancy services on all matters relating to quality and process management, organizational development, and business excellence. This gives the Würth Group a unique opportunity in the market to actively support its employees’ and customers’ current and future success, thus allowing it to establish sustainable business relationships.

Akademie Würth Business School

Degree programs for working professionals at Akademie Würth Business School are open both to employees of the Group and to interested individuals from outside the Group. Bachelor's and Master's degree courses are offered in cooperation with Hamburger Fern-Hochschule (HFH), SRH Fernhochschule and Hochschule für angewandtes Management (HAM). The courses of the Bachelor's program in Business Administration (HFH) are held at the study center in Künzelsau. The MBA is held partly in Künzelsau and partly in Louisville, Kentucky. In addition, Würth offers the Doctor of Business Administration as a three-year program in conjunction with Northumbria University, Newcastle.
