The graduates successfully completed the international program in Germany and the U.S. alongside their job over a period of 13.5 months. The renowned U.S. University of Louisville offers the MBA program in cooperation with Academy Würth Business School. The program is not only open to Würth Group employees, but to all university graduates with at least three years of professional experience after their first degree.

Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. Harald Unkelbach, Member of the Management of Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG, opened the ceremony with a speech and expressed his congratulations to the graduates. They were also congratulated by Prof. Dr. Jürgen Schröder, President of Heilbronn University.

"Completing an MBA degree alongside the job requires great readiness to perform. Stay curious also after your studies and apply what you learned in your everyday business life." was Professor Reinhold Würth's advice to the graduates. Prof. Rohan Christie David, Dean of the College of Business at University of Louisville, handed over the MBA certificates to the graduates, saying: "You haven't just enhanced your specialist knowledge in the past months, but also your intercultural skills by studying in an international context."

The MBA program

Globally operating businesses are looking for employees with internationally recognized degrees, experience abroad and excellent English language skills, now more than ever. The MBA program offers the ideal platform for that. The MBA degree is awarded by the College of Business of the University of Louisville. The college is fully accredited by the American Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

The very practice-oriented lectures and exercises are held exclusively in English. In addition to that, the participants complete half of the study period in the U.S. The program therefore does not only improve the students' language skills, but also fosters intercultural exchange.

The participants of the courses are students of different nationalities and with different backgrounds and experience. They are taught by professors from Germany and the United States as well as professionals from the world of business - among them Prof. Dr. h. c. mult. Reinhold Würth and Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. Harald Unkelbach.
