Pick-up Shop managers of the Würth Line with staff management responsibility.

 

Objective

The successful management of a branch office involves particular challenges. To help you master these challenges, the training will provide you with the most important basics and skills. Apart from teaching you the Pick-up Shop strategy and the essential fields of responsibility in Pick-up Shop management (sales, marketing, facility management, expansion, controlling, inventory management), leadership instruments and methods and on-the-job training/coaching of the Pick-up Shop staff will also be in the focus of this training.
