Target group

This series of trainings is designed for experienced managers of the entire Würth Group, who wish to put their management know-how to the test and look for new input.

 

Objective

Against the backdrop of constant and ever faster change, the seminar is to give the participants the opportunity to reflect on fundamental and essential management and leadership topics. In two modules, participants will have the chance to deal with the multi-faceted requirements on their management responsibility and enhance the required core competences sustainably. The contents will be analyzed from three perspectives: “leadership and corporate culture”, “market and corporate development” and “challenges in leadership”. In addition to technical subjects, the exchange of experiences and learning from one another are important elements in this seminar series, so that solutions for practical issues can be developed in a joint effort.
