Sales Operations managers of the Würth Line, especially new employees.

 

Objective

Sales Operations is the key element to support the sales department. On the one hand, it supplies the sales organization with vital information and data, on the other hand, it triggers new developments with its ideas and proposals. The strategic objectives of a company are transformed into operative tar- gets by means of Sales Operations. The range of responsibilities comprises the delivery of meaningful figures and controlling of the sales force by means of analyses of target deviations to support them in a calculated fashion but also to form a counterpart to the strong sales organization.

  • Price management (pricing system incl. authorization structure, etc.)
  • Customer management (reassignment of customers, customer segmentation, etc.)

  • Sales rep controlling (remuneration, incentives, planning)
  • ADM & Customer support
