Open House at AHD, Auto-Hifi & Design GmbH in Ingelfingen on the Occasion of the 20th Company Anniversary
Ingelfingen. Auto-Hifi & Design GmbH, in short, AHD, located in Ingelfingen, rounded off the celebrations on the occasion of its 20th anniversary with an Open House last Sunday (September 17, 2006). Within the framework of an entertaining and interesting program, numerous visitors received information about the comprehensive offer of the specialty store supplying high-quality products of mobile radio and car hifi.
AHD celebrated its 20th company anniversary on September 15, 2006. Auto-Hifi & Design Gmbh, also known as AHD, was founded in November 1986. The idea behind its foundation is the concept of a junior company that was established following the initiative of Prof. Reinhold Würth. Trainees are to be given the opportunity to get to know commercial processes and interrelations in a small and manageable company apart from their training in the business and their education in school. Meanwhile, the product range comprising high-quality car hifi products has been enlarged by the divisions mobile communication, navigation and plasma TV.
On the occasion of last Sunday's Open House, the company informed the interested public about the development of AHD over the last twenty years within the framework of an entertaining and interesting framework program. Ursula Küblbeck, managing director of AHD said: "AHD as junior company is an important and interesting information platform mainly for future businesspeople." Demo cars gave visitors the opportunity to look at and try out the newest inventions in the hifi sector by companies such as Pioneer, Kenwood and Blaupunkt. Product demonstrations had also been prepared for the field of navigation. Visitors readily accepted the offer and informed themselves about hands-free car kits, window sealing with state-of-the-art nano technology and much more.
A special highlight was the autographing session with the German biathlon super athlete Uschi Disl. The fact that "Uschi" was a real attraction was proven by the great crowd waiting for autographs. Many fans of Uschi Disl could hardly wait to talk to the friendly and cheerful athlete.
The motto of the anniversary weekend was the "AHD Oktoberfest". Visitors were offered a hearty breakfast consisting of the typical Bavarian veal sausage and entertained by the Forchtenberg Brass Band. The atmosphere of Munich's Oktoberfest developed with the help of games such as hammering in nails, ring the bell and milking cows. The highly interesting fashion show presenting outdoor and casual clothing also met with great approval. Make-up for children and a balloon race got the youngest visitors in the right mood.
