Leading trading business marked by employee-friendly policy

After the early death of his father, Reinhold Würth took over the management of his father’s company at the age of 19. In the following decades, Würth prudently turned the company into a business that is now market leader in the field of connecting and assembly technology. Today, the company is represented in 86 countries and generated a sales volume of about EUR 9 billion in 2008.
